A family affair

Passionate about good food and deeply attached to their terroir, Estelle, Jean-Bernard and their son Julien bring together technical skill and creativity. They present their Champagnes the way a fine-dining house presents its menu.

Estelle is the one in the kitchen, but Jean-Bernard and Julien wear the apron too, in their "lab", where rigour and precision go hand in hand with pleasure and indulgence.

They think about their Champagnes the way chefs think about a dish: "Façon Brut", "Façon Soléra"... each name a clue to the style of the cuvée.
